DELIVERIES?

The estimated delivery time is 10-14 days for most products, 14-21 days for shoes and 45-60 days for evening dresses. Packages are discreet.

We have no walk-in stores. We do not offer expedited shipping. The products are shipped directly from the factory by our suppliers, who are based in China.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your products are shipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES?

The tracking info may not update for some days. It is normal in international shipments. You are still expected to receive your products within the estimated delivery time.

Delays beyond our control may happen. Please, be patient. You will still receive your goods even if the estimated delivery time gets exceeded.

If your package has been stated as “delivered” but you haven’t received it. Check your mailbox and your premises and ask your neighbors. Sometimes, when you’re not home, the delivery person leaves your package in a safe place or at a neighbor’s.

If there is a failed delivery attempt, you can contact them to arrange a redelivery or pick-up. You will find the delivery company’s contact details in the tracking link.

CANCELLATIONS? RETURNS? REFUNDS?

Cancellations are possible only if the products haven’t been shipped yet.

Returns are allowed up to 14 days from delivery.

You cannot return underwear or wigs due to hygiene reasons.

You cannot return made-to-order products. This includes shoes and evening dresses. We will request your foot measurements before processing the shoes to confirm if any of our sizes can fit. Evening dresses can be customized so it is up to you whether you prefer to pick a standard size or provide your measurements for a tailored fit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. PayPal refunds are normally instant. Card refunds may take up to 10 days to be effective. Returned products are reimbursed once the return has completed.

SIZES?

All products have a size chart where the measurements for each size can be checked. Our products are from different suppliers and the size standards vary from one maker to another so, please, measure yourself and pick the size according to the size chart. 

Corset size can be tricky so, please, follow these instructions: Please, measure yourself and check the size chart before placing your order. Select the size according to your natural waistline measurement. If you're in between 2 sizes, please, select the smaller one. If your bust doesn't fit in that size, you should opt for an underbust corset. The size chart is accurate. If you need help to pick the right size, please, provide your measurements at info@thedragqueencloset.com and we will advise you. 

Shoe size can also be tricky. Our shoes are made in US women’s sizes. There is a size chart in the product page where you can see the size correlations. Anyway, since our shoes are made to order we contact every customer to request the foot measurements and confirm the size before processing the order. No shoe order is processed without verifying the size first. You can provide your foot measurements before ordering at info@thedragqueencloset.com and we will advise you.
